Come Rain, Come Shine

Bangkok moves at a fast rhythm. Mornings blaze with heat, afternoons hum with energy, and nights shimmer in neon. Then the rain arrives. The city exhales. It’s a rare stillness in a place that rarely stops, and we’ve always loved that pause. The quiet in between. The moment we catch our breath. The way we glow when the shine returns.

Come Rain, Come Shine is our way of honoring that shift. Three cocktails tell a story of resilience, memory, and the beauty found between storms.

Monsoon Bloom

Monsoon Bloom captures the grace of blooming in the midst of grey. Built on Bombay Sapphire Gin and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, it brightens with citrus acidity and a house-made jasmine champagne tonic. The magic lies in the harmony of four flowers. Lavender brings calm, jasmine freshness, elderflower sweetness, and lotus resilience. Topped with lotus and lavender foam, this sparkling spritz feels like light slipping through the clouds.

Oliang Martini

Oliang Martini reimagines Thailand’s iconic black coffee through a cocktail lens. With roots in Teochew heritage, oliang is bold, aromatic, and nostalgic. In this version, Regency Brandy adds smooth depth, Ros Mayree Sweet Corn White Spirit gives a gentle sweetness, and salted caramel brings it all into balance. Comforting yet refined, it’s made for those slow rainy evenings when time gently stretches.

Grandma Soup

Grandma Soup is the drink that keeps us grounded. A savory expression of home, it blends kombu cordial for salinity, mushroom umami for depth, and smoky mezcal that recalls the warmth of an old charcoal stove. Lemon adds a lift, egg white softens the edges, and a touch of truffle lingers in the air. It’s not sweet. It’s soulful, like a quiet memory held close.

Come Rain, Come Shine isn’t just a menu. It’s an invitation to linger, to savor, and to find beauty in the in-between—always with a sense of hope, always with optimism.
